The Canberra Liberals say it is complete hypocrisy that the Greens have accepted donations from coal-seam gas developers.
The Greens accepted contributions of around $3,000 from Origin and ActewAGL.
Both are pursuing coal-seam gas developments in New South Wales and Queensland.
Opposition spokesman Brendan Smyth says the Greens have campaigned against the coal industry and tried to introduce an ethical investment bill into the Legislative Assembly.
"What it says about the Greens is that they're happy to tell everybody else what to do but then they won't apply the same principles to themselves," he said.
